Standard period – $1700 / Night

The standard period is from 1st February to 30 November (excluding long/public holiday weekends).

High period – $2500 / Night

The high period is from 1st December to 31st January. There is a minimum stay of 7 nights during this period.

Long Weekends – $2500 / Night

There is a minimum stay of 3 nights over any public holiday weekend excluding Easter and Melbourne Cup.

The Easter and Melbourne Cup long weekend is a minimum stay of 4 nights.

Pool Gas Heater – $250 / Night

The pool is solar heated all year round. A surcharge of $250 per day is required to operate the gas heating of the pool. This must be arranged prior to your stay.

The spa is gas heated all year round at no additional cost.
